Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, preferably in its original packaging. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at arrondeleon21@gmail.com. Please do not send your item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
